
The Board of Technical Education, Jammu and Kashmir, has officially released the final/provisional selection list of candidates for admission into three-year diploma programmes in all government polytechnic colleges across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh for the academic session 2025–2026.
This announcement follows Notification No. 13-BOTE of 2025 dated 16-04-2025 and the subsequent Provisional Merit List Notification No. 24-BOTE of 2025 dated 04-06-2025. Following the invitation for objections, all valid claims were incorporated into the revised merit list.

Candidates, based on their merit and preferences, have been provisionally selected for admission and allotted polytechnic institutes as per the official Annexure “A” available on the official website www.jksbotelive.com.
All provisionally selected candidates are required to report to their respective allotted polytechnics from 12th June 2025 to 18th June 2025 (before 04:30 PM) along with the original copies of the following documents:
1. Marks Card of 10th Class
2. Date of Birth Certificate of 10th Class
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
5. Any other certificate/document as required by the respective College/Institution
The last date for reporting is strictly 18th June 2025, and the responsibility to verify documents and ensure eligibility lies with the concerned polytechnic institutions. Any discrepancy found during document verification must be immediately reported to the Board for necessary action.
All principal polytechnics have been instructed to facilitate the admission process and are advised to appoint Nodal Officers for the same to ensure timely completion.
